Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Sinister Market. Love Horror Events reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion based on event needs, product category, quality, originality, professionalism, and overall fit.
Vendor booth assignments are determined solely by event management. While reasonable requests may be considered, specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed.
Full payment is required to reserve a booth space unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing. Booth reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
Vendor fees are nonrefundable except in the event that Love Horror Events cancels the Sinister Market. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations by the vendor, inclement weather, low attendance, travel delays, equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond the control of Love Horror Events.
The Sinister Market is a rain or shine event. Vendors are responsible for protecting their merchandise, equipment, displays, and personal property from weather conditions.
Each outdoor vendor is required to provide a 10 foot by 10 foot pop up canopy secured with properly rated weights or sandbags on all four corners. Tent stakes are prohibited. We do not provide vendor tables. Bring your own. Event management reserves the right to require removal of any canopy deemed unsafe or improperly secured.
Love Horror Events reserves the right to modify event hours, booth locations, load in procedures, programming, entertainment, celebrity appearances, or event operations as necessary due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including business licensing, seller's permits, sales tax collection, and any regulations governing the products they sell.
Counterfeit merchandise, bootleg media, stolen property, illegal items, prohibited weapons, hazardous materials, or products that infringe upon copyrights or trademarks are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to require immediate removal of prohibited merchandise without refund.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event. Booths must remain staffed during all public event hours and may not begin dismantling before the official close of the event without prior approval from management.
Love Horror Events reserves the right to remove any vendor, volunteer, exhibitor, employee, or guest whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe, intoxicated, or otherwise detrimental to the event experience. Removal may occur without refund.
Love Horror Events, the Historic Colonial Theatre, event sponsors, volunteers, staff, contractors, and affiliated organizations assume no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, personal injury, weather related incidents, or other claims arising from participation in the event. Vendors participate entirely at their own risk and are responsible for carrying any insurance they deem appropriate.
By participating in the Sinister Market, vendors grant Love Horror Events permission to photograph and record their booth, products, displays, business name, employees, and likeness for promotional, advertising, documentary, social media, and future event marketing purposes without compensation.
Love Horror Events reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary to ensure the safety, integrity, and successful operation of the event. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes prior to the event whenever reasonably possible.
Submission of an application and acceptance into the Sinister Market constitutes acknowledgment that the vendor has read, understood, and agrees to abide by all event rules, policies, and Terms and Conditions established by Love Horror Events.
